1.Specification

Each unit consists of stability and efficiency LiFePO4 battery, and electronic circuitry contained in one metal case. Solid-state indicator lights signal operational status. The IV25 unit shall be capable of powering fluorescent,incandescent or LED lighting fixture rated at a maximum of 25 W at 0°C to 55°C for a minimum 90 minutes regardless of local switch position. The IV25 shall allow the connected fixture(s) to be on, off, switched or dimmed without affecting emergency operation. The IV25 provides power to the input side of the fixture, including the ballast, and can be used with indoor or outdoor emergency fixture applications.

2.Automatic dimming(0-10V and Triac)of connected load.

The emergency output voltage can change with the input voltage. In addition to the conventional 0-10V dimming emergency, we are also compatible with triac dimming emergency.

The IV25 features a dimming control output of 0-10 volts. This dimming capability allows a higher

power fixture to operate at a dimmed 25VA maximum emergency-mode lighting level - or, alternately, it allows a string of multiple fixtures to be driven in emergency mode at a combined 25VA maximum.

The emergency mode output dimming voltage is automatically controlled by the IV25 electronic circuitry to maintain 25VA output throughout an emergency event. The IV25 passes the normal room dimming control voltage (0-to-10V) where used, in the Normal (non-Emergency) mode so normal dimming operation of the connected fixtures is not affected.

This is a solution that we can use to meet UL 924 compliance: Wireless Emergency Lighting. It can connect to a Bluetooth wireless module, supporting phone app control for emergency testing and discharge testing, alarm uploading, data storage, and the generation and export of log reports.The IV25 supplies power to the input of fixtures, including AC rectifiers or LED drivers, and can be used with indoor or outdoor emergency fixtures.

6.Operation

Upon failure of normal power, the IV25 begins providing emergency power to the connected lighting load for a minimum of 90 minutes. A low voltage disconnect circuit protects the inverter batteries from damage by deep discharge during prolonged power failures. When normal power is restored, the IV25 automatically returns to charge mode. The battery capacity is fully restored in 24 hours.
