The EMAI series is a series of emergency power supplies developed by Juxin Power Supply for emergency lighting fixtures. We have been involved in the R&D and production of emergency power supplies since 2015. EM-TP series is a constant power emergency power supply specially used for European standard three-proof lights and linear lights. It can be used with our LC-C series and LC-S series products. The EM-PL series is a constant-power emergency power supply specially used for panel lights and downlights. The battery and emergency device are integrated into one, and it comes with a junction box design, which greatly simplifies wiring and installation difficulties.

Part1:Emergency constant power output

Traditional emergency power supplies all use a fixed current output mode, and different lamps require different currents, causing great trouble in production and stocking. EM-TP and EM-PL series emergency power supplies adopt constant power output mode to meet the load requirements of different lamps. By detecting the voltage of the LED light panel, it automatically calculates the required current to achieve a fixed power output. The voltage range of the LED light panel can match 20-200V, which can meet the design requirements of more than 90% of lamps on the market. At the same time, the required emergency power can also be selected by dialing the code. Basically, it is possible to quickly match an emergency power supply with N lamps.

Part2:Power-on self-test, multiple protection functions

After the emergency lamp is powered on, the system will automatically perform a charge and discharge test to ensure that the circuit can work normally. After the test is successful, the green indicator light will stay on; if the test fails, the system will self-test again after two hours of charging. If the second self-test fails, the system will When it is determined to be in a fault state, the red indicator light flashes to remind relevant personnel to perform maintenance.

* Charging protection, after charging is saturated, the green indicator light is always on and automatically switches to trickle charging state to compensate for battery self-discharge.

* Discharge protection, during emergency lighting, if the green indicator light goes out, and the battery power is lower than the discharge protection voltage, the battery will be automatically cut off, discharging ends, and the lamp will go out.

* No-load protection. If the lamp is damaged or has poor contact during emergency lighting, the red indicator light will flash quickly to indicate a fault. It will not work normally until the fault is eliminated and the power is turned on again.

* Storage protection, after the emergency lamp is powered on and activated, it will be in emergency lighting state when the mains power is disconnected. Press and hold the test button for 8S, the system will automatically cut off the battery connection, which is convenient for customers to ship and store for a long time.

Part3:High quality lithium iron phosphate battery

As the size requirements of lamps become smaller and smaller, and the power becomes larger and larger, lamps with built-in power supplies in particular tend to generate high heat. If an emergency function needs to be configured, it will be a test for the high temperature resistance of the battery core. EMAI fully The batteries are all made of high-quality lithium iron phosphate batteries, which are safer and have a longer service life than ternary lithium batteries. It can effectively reduce hazards such as explosions and fires caused by excessive temperature.
